CZ Training and Development Solutions is a training provider with different divisions. The first division is Chemical Operation division, which provides learnership and skills programmes for employed and unemployed learners in Chemical Industries Sector.

The second Division is Soft Skills and Fundamentals Division, this division provides Business Communication Skills, i.e. ABET numeracy and Literacy, Self management, time management, social diversity management and many more.

The third Division is consulting division, specializing is Human Resources Development and Occupational Health and Safety systems implementation
